Fun on the West Side
Though the west side of Lake Norman is dubbed by locals as the “quiet side,” that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to do! SailView’s location in Lincoln County presents residents with lots of entertainment opportunities in Denver, as well as nearby Lincolnton.
One of Lincolnton’s most popular events is its “Alive After Five” concert series. On the last Thursday of each month from May to September, downtown comes to life and is filled with the sounds of music. Also during the summer, you can get the freshest picks at the Farmer’s Market on Vandiver Drive. In September, there’s the Lincoln County Apple Festival and the Denver Days Fall Festival. Closer to home, residents can take advantage of SailView’s amenities: the swim and tennis club, sand volleyball court, walking paths and SailView Park – an 8-acre haven with a playground and exercise stations.
