Falls Cove
Falls Cove is conveniently located near the crossroads of I-77 and I-40, making it a quick trip to Charlotte, Statesville, Hickory and Winston-Salem. Though it may feel miles away, it’s just a short commute to first-class shopping, health care, education and cultural attractions. Homesites start in the $90,000s, and homes start in the high $400,000s.

The Farms
