Multifamily

Multifamily

Since its establishment, Crescent Communities has developed more than 15 multifamily communities. Today, the company is building a dynamic brand of multifamily communities designed with a focus on the environment and green living. These modern, close-knit and environmentally sensitive neighborhoods offer a place where neighbors connect and become stewards of the larger community. Central to this philosophy is a wide array of programming from happy hours for pets to philanthropic activities, all of which create an engaging atmosphere. Crescent has signature multifamily communities under construction in Austin, Raleigh, Durham, Tampa and Charlotte. Many additional communities are planned for locations in cities such as Atlanta and Charlotte.
