Todd Mansfield

Chief Executive Officer
With more than three decades of real estate experience and overseeing deployment of more than $6 billion in capital, Todd was named president and CEO in 2011. He previously served as a member of our board of managers and lead director.

Kevin H. Lambert

Chief Financial Officer
Kevin leads all of Crescent’s major financing transactions and oversees financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, tax and IT. He also manages corporate credit facilities for Crescent and acts as chair for the internal investment committee.

Brian J. Natwick

President, Multifamily
With over 20 years of experience, Brian oversees all elements strategy, capital and growth of our multifamily business unit. He is responsible for expansion of the business throughout the Southeast and Southwest with $2.0 billion of capital deployed since 2011.

Scott Widener

President, Single Family
Scott is responsible for the teams that manage Crescent’s single family assets across the country, as well as the Fielding Homes management team in Charlotte and Raleigh.

Brian Leary

President, Commercial / Mixed Use
Brian Leary joined Crescent Communities as president of its commercial / mixed use business unit in 2014. In this role, he directs the company’s office, industrial and retail developments and property management across the country. With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and development, he specializes in large and small-scale, mixed use holdings.

Robert Whitney (Whit) Duncan

President, Land Sales
With more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Whit Duncan transitioned to President of Land Sales in the fall of 2014. In this capacity, he directs all of the company's land sales for legacy properties in North and South Carolina.

Tracy Chambers

Vice President & Chief People Officer
Tracy oversees all aspects of human resources and administration, organization development, culture change and workplace environment.

David O’Donoghue

President, Palmetto Bluff
David is responsible for all aspects of strategy, financial planning, development, sales, marketing, and operations, with primary focus on Crescent’s acclaimed Palmetto Bluff community in coastal South Carolina.
