Todd Mansfield

Chief Executive Officer
With more than three decades of real estate experience and overseeing deployment of more than $6 billion in capital, Todd was named president and CEO in 2011. He previously served as a member of our board of managers and lead director.

Kevin H. Lambert

Chief Financial Officer
Kevin leads all of Crescent’s major financing transactions and oversees financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, tax and IT. He also manages corporate credit facilities for Crescent and acts as chair for the internal investment committee.

Brian J. Natwick

President, Multifamily
With over 20 years of experience, Brian leads a 70 member team across the Southeast and Southwest with an active investment and development portfolio of 38 communities (12,000 units) completed or under construction representing $2.5 billion in capital deployed.

Scott Widener

President, Single Family
Scott is responsible for the teams that manage Crescent’s single family assets across the country, as well as the Fielding Homes management team in Charlotte and Raleigh.

Brian Leary

President, Commercial / Mixed Use
Brian Leary joined Crescent Communities as president of its commercial and mixed-use business unit in 2014. In this role, he directs the company's commercial and mixed-use developments across the country with an active investment and development portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet. Through Brian's 22 years of experience in real estate, he's overseen an excess of $3.5B in development.
