Todd Mansfield

President and CEO
With more than three decades of real estate experience and overseeing deployment of more than $6 billion in capital, Todd was named president and CEO in 2011. He previously served as a member of our board of managers and lead director.

Kevin H. Lambert

CFO
Kevin leads all of Crescent’s major financing transactions and oversees financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, tax and IT. He also manages corporate credit facilities for Crescent and acts as chair for the internal investment committee.

Andrew Carmody

President, Single Family
Andy is responsible for the single family business unit's performance and growth, as well as overseeing the identification and closing of new single family acquisitions.

Brian J. Natwick

President, Multifamily
With a background in development services, Brian oversees all elements of our multifamily business unit. He is responsible for growth and expansion throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas, as well as the development of new projects in Crescent's existing multifamily communities.

Brian Leary

President, Commercial / Mixed Use
Brian Leary joined Crescent Communities as president of its commercial / mixed use business unit in 2014. In this role, he directs the company’s office, industrial and retail developments and property management across the country. With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and development, he specializes in large and small-scale, mixed use holdings.

Robert Whitney (Whit) Duncan

President, Land Sales
With more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Whit Duncan transitioned to President of Land Sales in the fall of 2014. In this capacity, he directs all of the company's land sales for legacy properties in North and South Carolina.

Tyler Niess

CMO
With a comprehensive background in marketing, business development and corporate strategy, Tyler brought his wealth of expertise to Crescent in 2012. He develops and implements marketing strategies to support all of the company’s activities.

Alice Zwahlen

SVP & CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
After previously serving as a human resources expert for hospitals and insurance companies, Alice has provided Crescent employees and clients with her support since 2011.
