Hornets, Fielding Homes Partner To Offer Chance To Win A New Home


The Charlotte Hornets today announced a new partnership with Fielding Homes, the single-family homebuilding division of Crescent Communities that will include a contest providing one Hornets fan the chance to win a new home worth $350,000.
“We are excited about our new partnership with Fielding Homes and about launching this contest that gives one of our fans a chance to win a home,” said Hornets President & COO Fred Whitfield.  “We look forward to working with Fielding Homes to provide this opportunity as we welcome them to our team."
The contest will run from Feb. 11 through April 2 and can be entered by visiting one of Fielding Homes’ two Charlotte-area neighborhoods, Masons Bend or Paddlers Cove, or online at fieldinghomes.com/hornets.  Five finalists will be selected to compete in a free-throw contest during the Hornets game against the Miami Heat on April 5, with the winner advancing to shoot a half-court shot during the team’s game against the Boston Celtics on April 8 for the chance to win a new Fielding Homes home worth $350,000 or $100,000 in cash.

The homebuilder will begin selling homes in Chapel Cove in Charlotte this spring and has plans to expand into Raleigh, North Carolina, in mid-2017.
