Crescent Communities announced the return of Earth Fare to NOVEL Lucerne late last year. The grocer will continue to stock natural and organic foods with a focus on exceptional customer service with a renewed mission to improve lives by making healthy food available to all. Earth Fare will celebrate its grand re-opening on March 3, 2021.

“We are pleased to welcome Eat The Frog Fitness to NOVEL Lucerne,” said Eric Liebendorfer, Development Manager of Crescent Communities. “We feel that the fitness concept will be a welcome addition for both the residents of our community, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. This amenity reinforces the live-work-play concept of this vibrant and walkable community and is an ideal complement to Earth Fare and the wellness-focused vision of the NOVEL Lucerne community.”

Eat The Frog Fitness Downtown Orlando Owner, Anthony Conti, expressed his enthusiasm for the endeavor, “We are so excited about our Downtown Eat The Frog Fitness location and couldn’t ask for a better partner in NOVEL Lucerne or a better neighbor than Earth Fare. Our goal is to become an essential part of the community and help residents of NOVEL Lucerne and the surrounding Downtown area adopt the Eat The Frog mantra of a healthier and happier lifestyle through fitness, wellness, and community.”

Located just outside of downtown Orlando and in the thriving SoDo neighborhood, NOVEL Lucerne provides residents quick access to shopping, dining, trail parks and more.
