KTGY Architecture led the development of the inspired mid-century modern design at NOVEL Montford Park. Multifamily leasing is being managed by Greystar. Adam Williams with Legacy Real Estate Advisors is managing retail leasing in the development.
NOVEL Montford Park is one of five multifamily communities the company has under construction or in lease-up in Charlotte, totaling more than 1,700 units, all with a focus on access to walkable mixed-use and retail offerings.
