NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (June 14, 2019) – Crescent Communities, one of the nation’s top multifamily developers, is pleased to announce that their newest community, NOVEL Nashville West, is preparing to go vertical and bring a new residential and retail development to Nashville’s west side. In a celebration on Thursday evening, the community developers welcomed partners, council members and locals out to the site to kick off vertical construction and share the vision for the community.
Crescent Communities, in partnership with local Nashville developer, Pearl Street Partners, will bring 435 uniquely designed luxury apartment homes and 2,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space to 7113 Charlotte Pike in Nashville, just off I-40, exit 201. The new NOVEL Nashville West community is set to deliver in 2020 with preleasing to start in Fall 2019. The driving vision behind NOVEL Nashville West is a focus on creating a social club and connectivity for residents, while providing homes that are a beautiful oasis. The common spaces will be built provide opportunities for engagement - from the sand volleyball court, to the social club, and carefully curated retail partners – the residents will instantly feel at home and surrounded by friends.

Apartment homes at NOVEL Nashville West will be available in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 537 to 1340 square feet. Within the community, residents will have access to exclusive amenities and spaces like unique resort-styled pool with cabanas and submerged seating, and a ‘gear lounge’ complete with a kegerator, large TVs, pet washing station and work bench to service outdoor sports equipment. In addition, the community will boast 150 covered parking spaces, dedicated co-working space, a refrigerated package storage center and a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring CrossFit and TRX machines.

This will be the fifth community where Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners have collaborated. They have successfully completed multifamily and mixed-use communities throughout middle Tennessee, including NOVEL Lockwood Glen and recently sold NOVEL Music Row and NOVEL Bellevue Place.
