Inclusion & Belonging

The culture of Crescent Communities has long encouraged our colleagues and leaders to embody our value statement: “Do What’s Right.” While we are proud of what we have already accomplished as a company, we understand that this is an ongoing journey with no finish line. We can do much more to lead others in this commitment, which includes continuing to foster a team comprised of diverse backgrounds, experiences, styles, genders, and races, and running an organization that values diverse perspectives, supports team member engagement, and fuels strong business results.

At Crescent Communities, we both welcome and celebrate diversity in our offices and on our job sites. We have launched a Inclusion & Belonging Task Force as a tool to create opportunities for all.

Inclusion & Belonging Policy

Crescent Communities recognizes and values a diverse and inclusive workforce. Belonging embodies all of the differences: life experiences, work experiences, perspectives, cultures, religions, ethnicities, gender, age, socioeconomic status, and other aspects of life, all that make us unique individuals.

Our Leadership Team

Our Leadership team is participating in a learning experience that provides greater understanding of other perspectives along with a forum to have difficult and sometimes uncomfortable conversations about what we can do to elevate all and drive change.
