AXIAL Industrial by Crescent Communities Announces Continued Lease-Up at AXIAL Crosspoint
GREENVILLE, South Carolina – (Sept. 3, 2024) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of industrial projects and mixed-use communities, today announced that its brand-new AXIAL Crosspoint industrial park has completely leased one of its three buildings, with a second almost 30% leased. Contemporary lighting manufacturer Access Lighting signed on as the development’s lead tenant, occupying approximately 60,000 square feet of Building 3. These features, along with the facility’s modern clear heights of 32’ and 36’ and superior access to the I-85 corridor, make it the ideal location for all types of manufacturing, assembly, and distribution tenants.
