CHARLOTTE, NC – (November 8, 2022) – Crescent Communities, a nationally-recognized, market-leading real estate investor and developer, today announces the closing of AXIAL Southgate 77, the newest investment under the AXIAL Industrial brand, in Rock Hill, SC. Construction is slated to begin in early 2023.

Totaling  270,557 square feet across two buildings, AXIAL Southgate 77 will offer 32-foot clear heights, rear-load capacity, concrete tilt-wall construction, and ample parking for future tenants. One of the buildings is a build-to-suit for Goodwill Industries, which totals 50,276 square feet and will serve as one of the company’s Southern Piedmont regional locations.

The second building within the development, totaling 220,281 square feet, is currently available for lease, with the ability to accommodate multiple tenants. Located within the Antrim Business Park near Winthrop University, AXIAL Southgate 77 is strategically located on Galleria Boulevard in Rock Hill, SC, with immediate access to I-77 at Dave Lyle Boulevard to the north or Highway 21 to the south.

Partners include The Tuttle Company and JTM Capital (development partners), Progressive AE (architect and civil engineer), Choate Construction (contractor), JLL (leasing), Faison Enterprises, Inc. (equity partner), and Atlantic Union Bank (lender).
