Crescent Communities Advancing Buckhead Site for Mixed-Use Development
ATLANTA (Feb. 6, 2026) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, today announced plans, alongside the Church at Wieuca, for 3600 Peachtree, a premier mixed-use development positioned at the apex of Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead. Envisioned as Buckhead’s most sophisticated office destination, the project is designed to redefine what it means to work at one of Atlanta’s most prestigious addresses. The address itself serves as a statement of achievement and a catalyst for connection, momentum, and long-term success.
Located at the prominent corner of Peachtree and Wieuca Roads adjacent to Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square, the site offers immediate connectivity to Buckhead’s premier retail, dining, hospitality, and wellness destinations. The development plans call for a 375,000-square-foot, 21-story Class A office tower complemented by a 300-unit NOVEL by Crescent Communities luxury multifamily component, curated street-level food and beverage, and highly intentional amenity spaces designed to support both work and life.
“3600 Peachtree represents an opportunity to thoughtfully shape the next era of Buckhead,” said Sagar Rathie, Managing Director at Crescent Communities. “Our focus is on creating a workplace that feels elevated yet welcoming. A place where people can thrive, where leaders gather, ideas take shape, and culture is intentionally woven into the everyday experience. From the architecture to the street-level activation, every detail is designed to support how people work today while remaining adaptable for what’s next.”
Plans for 3600 Peachtree include a comprehensive, hospitality-driven amenity program that redefines the office experience as a professional lifestyle of luxury, anchored by approximately 10,000 square feet of shared indoor amenities with direct access to an elevated 19,000-square-foot landscaped outdoor terrace overlooking Buckhead. Offerings will include flexible conferencing and training spaces capable of accommodating more than 200 attendees, spa-like wellness and fitness facilities with dedicated locker rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges, and multiple alternative work environments.
Sustainability and wellness are central to the vision for 3600 Peachtree, with Crescent Communities planning to pursue LEED certification, WiredScore Platinum, and WELL building standards. Early design concepts emphasize a strong connection to nature through biophilic design, incorporating natural light, indoor-outdoor environments, and landscaped spaces. These features are designed to enhance occupant well-being while reinforcing the project’s aspirational, people-first approach to the modern workplace.
Crescent Communities is partnering with the Church at Wieuca on the advancement of the site, working collaboratively to ensure the future development thoughtfully reflects the character of the neighborhood and the long-term vision for the corner of Peachtree and Wieuca. The partnership underscores a shared commitment to stewardship, community engagement, and creating a destination that contributes positively to Buckhead’s evolving urban fabric.
“This agreement marks a significant step forward in our campus redevelopment and our long-term vision for this site,” said Church at Wieuca Lead Pastor R. Kevin Head, Ph.D. “In partnership with Crescent Communities, we are creating a thoughtfully integrated mix of office, commercial, and residential uses alongside a welcoming church facility with enhanced educational spaces that will serve our congregation and the broader community for years to come.”
The project’s development partners include HSR Development Services (development), Partners Real Estate (leasing), Pickard Chilton (architect), and Kimley Horn (civil).
