Charlotte, N.C. – (March 22, 2023) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and owner of mixed-use and commercial communities, announces significant leasing at Elizabeth on Seventh, a mixed-use community in Charlotte’s burgeoning Elizabeth neighborhood.

Tenants will join the recently announced Catalina Kitchen + Bar, a new restaurant concept from Ditka’s Restaurants, which will be located on the corner of East Seventh Street and North Caswell Avenue. Other retail tenants include Rosemont Market and Wine Bar, a new concept from the team behind The Crunkleton and the nearby Cheat’s Cheesesteak Parlor.

Catalina Kitchen + Bar will bring a casual upscale, full-service restaurant to the lively Elizabeth neighborhood. Set to open in early fall 2023, the American fare menu will be available for guests to enjoy on-site or take-away. The bar will have a daily social hour with specialty cocktails, an extensive wine list, and local beers. Catalina Kitchen + Bar’s relaxed atmosphere will complement the diverse dining scene in Elizabeth, initially open for dinner, with plans to add lunch service at a later date.

Office leases at Elizabeth on Seventh have been signed for approximately 34,000 square feet by companies including Lodging Capital Partners, Hord Coplan Macht, and LifeStance Health. In addition, construction of five move-in ready suites totaling 16,000 square feet will offer newly constructed offices to potential tenants. One of the five suites has been pre-leased.

“We are excited by the leasing activity from retail, restaurant, and office users,” said Ned Austin, Vice President of Leasing at Crescent Communities’ Commercial Business Unit. “With state-of-the-art amenities, tenants at Elizabeth on Seventh will be met with a superior, modern office experience that’s unique to the Elizabeth neighborhood. We are eager to meet the market with move-in ready spec suites ranging in size from 2,200 square feet to 4,900 square feet that will deliver in Spring 2023.”

Elizabeth on Seventh is a four-story building with exceptional top floor views of Uptown, multiple outdoor balconies, and an unparalleled location with convenient access to the central business district, I-77, I-74, I-277, and the CityLYNX Gold Line. Additionally, Elizabeth on Seventh offers ground floor retail opportunities complete with ample adjacent parking and outdoor dining spaces along a vibrant, walkable street.
