Crescent Communities Announces Sale of 247,000-Square-Foot Building at AXIAL Bonds Farm in Concord
CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – (Feb. 5, 2026) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities and industrial projects, together with AEW Capital Management, announced today that National Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry has officially acquired 247,000 square feet of AXIAL Bonds Farm, with the purchase of one of three rear-load industrial buildings within the 810,000-square-foot industrial campus in Concord, North Carolina. Brian Crutcher and Anne Johnson with CBRE represented the seller and Thomas Hipp with Whiteside Properties represented the buyer. The sale marks a significant milestone for the project and highlights the ongoing strength of the industrial market in the Charlotte region.
Strategically located with direct access to I-85 and close proximity to I-485, Concord Regional Airport, Afton Ridge Shopping Center, and the Charlotte Motor Speedway, AXIAL Bonds Farm is ideally positioned to meet the growing demand for high-quality industrial space within one of the Southeast’s most active logistics and manufacturing corridors. Facility operational and design elements include 36-foot clear heights, a rear-load configuration, and access to 174 car spaces. Its highly functional design provides the versatility required to serve both single- and multi-tenant users.

National Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Inc. is a wholesale supplier of all-wood cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms, serving builders, contractors, retailers, and designers from its large showroom and distribution facility in Concord, N.C. The company manufactures and imports its products directly to offer high-quality wood cabinets at competitive pricing, backed by customer-focused service and delivery.
Project partners include Merriman Schmitt Architects (architect), Oak Engineering (civil engineer), Landmark Builders (general contractor), AEW Capital Management (equity), Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (lender), and CBRE (leasing).
