ATLANTA (May 26, 2026) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, today announced the grand opening of HARMON Cedar Run, a new build-to-rent community located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The community marks the first HARMON-branded development in the greater Atlanta market and further expands Crescent Communities’ growing single-family build-to-rent platform across the Southeast.

Situated in Gwinnett County, one of Atlanta’s rapidly developing submarkets, at 1200 Fendley Trace, HARMON Cedar Run offers a mix of spacious three- and four-bedroom townhomes and single-family homes designed to deliver the comfort and privacy of a traditional home with the flexibility and convenience of rental living. The 151-home community features contemporary interiors, attached 2-car garages, and select fenced-in backyards, designed to foster connection and everyday ease.

“To officially open HARMON Cedar Run is an exciting milestone for our team and the leasing performance to date is a reflection of the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Gwinnett County.  This demand stems from rapid economic development and a strong job market,” said Tony Chen, Senior Managing Director of Single-Family Build-to-Rent at Crescent Communities. “We designed this community to offer residents more than just a home. We wanted to create a neighborhood experience centered around connection, comfort, and flexibility for modern lifestyles.”

Residents at HARMON Cedar Run enjoy access to amenities including a resort-style pool, a pickleball and basketball sport court, a playground, EV-ready outlets in each private garage, pet-friendly spaces, and open community gathering areas. Located minutes from downtown Lawrenceville with convenient access to SR 316 and I-85, the community provides connectivity to major employment centers, shopping, dining, entertainment, and highly rated schools throughout Gwinnett County.

HARMON Cedar Run is part of Crescent Communities’ expanding HARMON portfolio, supported through its second joint venture partnership with an account managed by Heitman LLC, with a commitment of up to $585 million between its two joint ventures, which will continue to make investments in high-quality, intentionally crafted communities in key growth markets including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, and Texas.

HARMON Cedar Run is part of Crescent Communities’ expanding HARMON portfolio, which focuses on intentionally designed build-to-rent neighborhoods in high-growth markets nationwide. Recent development in the HARMON pipeline includes the leasing of HARMON Jefferson Village in Greensboro, N.C. and the closing of HARMON Clemmons outside of Winston-Salem, N.C.
