Crescent Communities Closes on Land for HARMON Clemmons, its Second Build-to-Rent Community in North Carolina’s Triad Region
WINSTON-SALEM, North Carolina (Feb. 26, 2026) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, today announced the land closing for HARMON Clemmons, a new single-family build-to-rent community located in the desirable Winston-Salem suburb of Clemmons. This marks the second HARMON development in the Triad region, joining the currently leasing HARMON Jefferson Village in Greensboro. With 154 two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes planned across 21 acres, HARMON Clemmons is set to break ground later this year.
Located near the intersection of Lewisville-Clemmons Road and I-40, HARMON Clemmons will offer residents convenient access to the heart of Winston-Salem, including Wake Forest University and key employers like Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and the Winston-Salem Innovation Quarter. The community benefits from proximity to a range of nearby amenities, including Tanglewood Park, the Jerry Long Family YMCA, local dining and retail, and highly rated schools, offering suburban living with easy urban access.
HARMON Clemmons will feature townhomes designed with comfort, connection, and convenience in mind. Residences will include private yards, attached garages, and open-concept layouts with options for first-floor bedrooms, along with high-end finishes throughout. The community also plans to offer a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool with a clubhouse and cabanas, a multipurpose green space, and a lawn for outdoor events. Crescent Communities in-house General Contractor will build the community, ensuring a high-quality execution.
