Crescent Communities Closes on Land for RENDER Tucker in Northeast Atlanta

ATLANTA (Feb. 12, 2026): Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, today announced the land close at RENDER Tucker, a four-story community planned in Tucker, Georgia, a rapidly evolving community situated on the northeast portion of Atlanta’s beltway in DeKalb County. Planned for 312 for-rent residences, construction on the 13-acre development is commencing, with units delivering in late summer 2027.

Offering residents suburban ease with convenient access to Atlanta’s major destinations, RENDER Tucker is located near a variety of retail, dining, and lifestyle amenities, including Downtown Tucker, Tucker Brewing Company, and Northlake Mall. Nearby employment spans healthcare, education, government, utilities, and more, with a prime location directly off Interstate 285.

RENDER Tucker will be designed around a resident experience that emphasizes outdoor living, social connection, and walkable, intuitive movement throughout the community. Planned outdoor and social features will include a welcoming entry park designed as a landscaped buffer and arrival experience, along with an arrival lawn near the clubhouse intended to create a natural “welcome moment” with nature-inspired elements and community wayfinding. Additional relaxed side-yard spaces may incorporate features such as meandering paths, hammock zones, swings, and art features, creating quieter options for residents adjacent to the community’s main amenities. The community will also feature enhancements designed to support connection and leisure, including a pool, a fireplace and fire pit, spacious dog park, grills, a community garden, and a dedicated walking path with tie-ins to the City of Tucker’s proposed Tucker-Northlake trail.

Chuo Nittochi Group is serving as the equity partner on the project and Santander Bank is the lender. Additional partners include Focus Design Interiors (interior design), Hensley Lamkin Rachel (architect), Kimley-Horn (civil engineer), and MSD landscape architecture.

More broadly in Atlanta, Crescent Communities recently announced the land closing at NOVEL Lulah Hills, a new multifamily development within the larger 78-acre Lulah Hills mixed-use development in Decatur.
