GREENSBORO, North Carolina – (Jan. 12, 2025) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities and industrial projects, today announced the sale of AXIAL Liberty Commerce, a premier industrial facility located in Greensboro, North Carolina, to Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. Crescent Communities was advised by Jason Ofsanko and Jordan Mitchell with Cushman & Wakefield on the disposition.
Spanning 173,280 square feet across 18 acres in the highly desirable airport submarket, AXIAL Liberty Commerce exemplifies Crescent’s commitment to delivering state-of-the-art industrial facilities that support the growth of regional logistics and manufacturing operations. The rear-load facility includes 2,804 square feet of modern spec office space, 171 car parking spaces, and 20 trailer spaces, as well as a 32-foot clear height, 50’ x 60’ column spacing, 47 dock-high doors, and 3 drive-in doors, offering maximum flexibility and efficiency for tenants.
