DALLAS (Nov. 5, 2025): Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, announced today that Ryan Stewart has joined the team as Managing Director, North Texas. Based in Dallas, Stewart will chart the course for strategy, development, and execution across Crescent’s growing multifamily presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Stewart brings more than 25 years of experience in mixed-use and multifamily real estate development. He most recently served as CEO of Price Partners, where he guided its evolution from a family-owned business into a board-led company focused on building and expanding new ventures. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Trinsic Residential Group, where he built the Carolinas regional platform and oversaw a pipeline of over 5,000 units across high-density infill, garden-style, and master-planned communities. His earlier leadership at RB Holdings further cemented his expertise across a range of asset classes including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use. Stewart holds a bachelor's degree in finance from North Carolina State University and pursued graduate studies in real estate at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

“I’ve built communities across the Carolinas and beyond, but there’s something uniquely electric about North Texas – the scale, the pace, the pride people take in where they live,” said Stewart. “I’m energized to help shape places that reflect the spirit of Dallas-Fort Worth, grounded in authenticity, yet boldly forward-looking.”

In his new role, Stewart will lead the growth of Crescent’s multifamily and mixed-use communities across North Texas, guiding developments under the NOVEL and RENDER brands. NOVEL is Crescent's urban luxury brand, delivering upscale, experience-driven residential communities in vibrant city environments, while RENDER represents the company’s approachably designed offering – crafted to maintain Crescent’s high standards of quality and placemaking at a more attainable price point in the suburbs. Crescent’s legacy in Dallas is well established through signature NOVEL communities such as NOVEL Turtle Creek, NOVEL Deep Ellum, and NOVEL Bishop Arts – each one a testament to the company’s commitment to creating high-quality, lifestyle-driven developments that reflect the unique character of their neighborhoods. Backed by Stewart’s deep regional expertise and passion for placemaking, Crescent is well-positioned to thoughtfully expand its footprint across one of the nation’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions.

“Ryan has an investors mindset and excellent development experience that translates to the types of opportunities our investors appreciate and to the communities Crescent has a reputation for delivering,” said Jay Curran, President of Multifamily at Crescent Communities. “He knows this market inside and out and he knows how to make a project not just viable, but meaningful. His leadership will be key as we grow in North Texas.”

Nationwide, Crescent Communities continues to experience significant growth with $7.2 billion of residential and commercial investments and developments in various stages of construction, operations, and planning. That pipeline includes 15,300 multi- and single-family build-to-rent units; 58,000 square feet of complementary retail space; and 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and life-sciences facilities.
