Now Open: NOVEL Daybreak by Crescent Communities
SALT LAKE CITY, UT (October 25, 2023) – Crescent Communities celebrated the official grand opening of NOVEL Daybreak, its newest multifamily community and first in Utah, on Tuesday, October 17. Situated in South Jordan’s highly desirable Daybreak community, NOVEL Daybreak is located at 10678 S. Lake Run Road and features 400 luxury residences and a Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee and Social open to both residents and the public, delivering a first-of-its-kind rental offering for Daybreak.
