OUR STORY. Building communities. Bettering people’s lives.

For over half a century, Crescent Communities has helped define moments that matter for everyone that lives, works and plays at our properties. Our mission is to create single family, commercial / mixed use, multifamily and land developments that cultivate communities, grow relationships and establish legacies. We are based out of Charlotte, NC and our offices and developments cross some of the most active real estate markets across the U.S.

OUR WAY. We choose the right path over the easy one.

At Crescent, we approach every development as a chance to create the greatest place for its purpose. From amenity-rich resorts to efficiency-focused offices, we attempt to create exceptional environments that deliver what matters most to our consumers. Our projects go beyond brick and mortar to ensure their long-term success and sustainability. By paying close attention to the fine details for all four of our workstreams, we can work simultaneously and efficiently to create the best developments for the objectives at hand.

Our History. By Looking to our past, we find inspiration for the future
