AXIAL Crosspoint in Greenville, SC, will consist of three rear-load buildings totaling over 558,000 square feet with ample employee and trailer parking with the flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants. Anchored by BMW, Michelin, Bosch, and more, AXIAL Crosspoint is strategically located in the largest MSA in South Carolina. This site is positioned for local and regional distribution tenants in addition to light manufacturing and assembly users.
AXIAL 301 Manatee is positioned on over 21 acres and consists of two buildings totaling approximately 295,000 square feet. The speculative site is along the I-75/Hwy 301 Corridor in Bradenton, FL (Tampa MSA) and has rear-load capacity with a shared truck court and tilt-wall concrete construction. The buildings are designed for multiple storefront entrances allowing for flexibility to accommodate up to 4 tenants in each building.
AXIAL Bonds Farm in Concord, NC, will consist of three rear-load buildings totaling 810,000 square feet with ample employee and trailer parking. The three buildings will measure 414,000, 247,000, and 149,000 square feet, and provide the flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants. These features, along with modern clear heights, will satisfy both local and regional distribution tenants in addition to light manufacturing and assembly users.
AXIAL Southgate 77 will consist of two buildings totaling 270,557 square feet with 32-foot clear heights, rear-load capacity, concrete tilt-wall construction, and ample parking for future tenants. A build-to-suit is included for one of Goodwill Industries Southern Piedmont regional locations totaling 50,276 square feet. The second building is 220,281 square feet, and currently available for lease, with the ability to accommodate multiple tenants. Located within the Antrim Business Park near Winthrop University, AXIAL Southgate 77 is strategically located on Galleria Boulevard in Rock Hill, SC, with immediate access to I-77 at Dave Lyle Boulevard to the north or Highway 21 to the south.
Builder Solutions Group is a build-to-suit development by AXIAL industrial in Archdale, NC for Sumitomo Forestry America, Inc (Sumitomo Forestry). The 120,000-square-foot facility on the I-85 corridor will serve as a component manufacturing and distribution operation, producing building materials such as roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels used in residential housing and wooden commercial and multifamily buildings.
AXIAL Gateway 95 offers one rear-load building totaling approximately 505,068 SF in the greater Richmond area in Chesterfield County, VA, with ample employee and trailer parking. The building will provide flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants with modern clear heights for local and regional distribution tenants in addition to light manufacturing and assembly users. The building will be tilt-wall concrete construction with 320’ depth.
AXIAL Rapid Commerce is an over 449,000-square-foot industrial building located at 500 Rhyne Road, just half a mile from I-485 and 2.5 miles from I-85. The speculative site will include 3,850 square feet of office space in the warehouse ready for immediate occupancy, as well as 338 auto parking spaces, 106 trailer parking spaces, and two drive-in doors. Together with its prime location, these features will satisfy a wide variety of local, regional, and national users.
